Ingredients:
- 500g beef mince
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 200g mushrooms, sliced
- 1 tbsp paprika
- 1 cup beef stock
- 1 cup sour cream
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cooked egg noodles or rice (for serving)
- Fresh parsley (for garnish)
Method:
1. Cook onion and garlic in a large pan until softened.
2. Add beef mince and cook until browned.
3. Stir in mushrooms and paprika, cook for 5 minutes.
4. Add beef stock and simmer for 10 minutes.
5. Stir in sour cream and cook for another 2 minutes.
6. Season with salt and pepper.
7. Serve with egg noodles or rice, garnished with fresh parsley.
