Ingredients:
- 500g beef mince
- 1 onion, sliced
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 carrot, julienned
- 1 broccoli, cut into florets
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- Cooked rice (for serving)
Method:
1. Cook onion and garlic in a large pan until softened.
2. Add beef mince and cook until browned.
3. Stir in vegetables and cook for 5 minutes.
4. Add soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil. Cook for another 5 minutes.
5. Serve with rice.
