Ingredients:
- 500g beef mince
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Olive oil (for frying)
- Marinara sauce (for serving)
- Cooked pasta (for serving)
Method:
1. In a bowl, mix beef mince, onion, garlic, egg, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, oregano, salt, and pepper.
2. Shape into meatballs.
3. Heat oil in a pan and fry meatballs until browned and cooked through.
4. Serve with marinara sauce and pasta.
