Spinach and Feta Rolls with Honey Herb Yoghurt Sauce

Ingredients:
Dipping sauce:
- 4 heaped tbsp Greek yoghurt
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp garlic paste
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp lightly dried parsley
- ½ tsp fresh dill, finely chopped
- Salt and pepper
Cooking instructions:
- Heat the Our Cow Spinach and Feta Rolls in the microwave for 90 seconds.
- Air fry at 180°C for 5-7 minutes or until golden and cooked through
- In a small bowl, mix all ingredients for the sauce.
- Once the spinach and feta rolls are cooked, slice them into bite-sized pieces.
- Dip in the sauce and enjoy!
