Ingredients:
- 500g Our Cow Grass Fed Beef Mince
- 3 shallots, sliced
- 1 tbsp minced ginger
- 1 tbsp grated garlic
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp rice vinegar
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 30 wonton wrappers
- 2 tbsp chicken stock
- Chilli crisp, to serve
- Shallots, to serve
- Sesame seeds, to serve
Method:
- In a large bowl, mix the Our Cow Grass Fed Beef Mince, shallots, ginger, garlic, soy sauce, rice vinegar, and sesame oil.
- Grease a baking dish with a little sesame oil. Dip the wonton wrappers in water and layer the bottom of the dish - it’s fine if there is some overlapping.
- Spread a thin layer of the meat filling, then repeat these layers until all the ingredients are used up. Pour chicken stock over the top layer of wonton wrappers.
- Heat a large saucepan with water. Once it starts simmering, add the baking dish. Cover the saucepan with a lid and steam for about 20-25 minutes.
- Once cooked, top with a little soy sauce, chilli crisp, shallots, and a sprinkling of sesame seeds.
