Big Mac Tortilla Kebabs

Big Mac Tortilla Kebabs

Ingredients:

  • 250g Our Cow Grass Beef Mince 
  • 1 tsp onion powder 
  • 1 tsp garlic powder 
  • Salt and pepper
  • ⅓ cup pickles, diced 
  • ½ of a brown onion, diced 
  • 6 mini tortillas
  • 5 slices of cheese
  • 2 cups shredded lettuce 
  • Sesame seeds

Big Mac Sauce:

  • ¼ cup Kewpie mayo
  • 1 ½ tbsp tomato sauce 
  • 1 tbsp pickles, diced 
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard 
  • Dash of pickle juice 

Method:

  1. In a large bowl, add the 250g Our Cow Grass Fed Premium Extra Lean Beef Mince, onion powder, garlic powder, pickles, onion, salt, and pepper. Mix until combined. 
  2. Slightly trim the edges of the tortillas to create squares. Place a thin layer of the mince onto each tortilla and stack them on top of one another, placing a slice of cheese on every second layer. 
  3. Cut the stack in half and stick 2 skewers in each piece. Turn them on their side and push the skewers all the way through. Trim skewers if needed. 
  4. Air fry at 185°C for 22 minutes, flipping halfway. 
  5. In a small bowl, combine all ingredients for the Big Mac Sauce. 
  6. Once the kebabs are cooked, serve them with shredded lettuce, sesame seeds, and the Big Mac sauce.
  7. Enjoy!
