Big Mac Tortilla Kebabs

Ingredients:
- 250g Our Cow Grass Beef Mince
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper
- ⅓ cup pickles, diced
- ½ of a brown onion, diced
- 6 mini tortillas
- 5 slices of cheese
- 2 cups shredded lettuce
- Sesame seeds
Big Mac Sauce:
- ¼ cup Kewpie mayo
- 1 ½ tbsp tomato sauce
- 1 tbsp pickles, diced
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- Dash of pickle juice
Method:
- In a large bowl, add the 250g Our Cow Grass Fed Premium Extra Lean Beef Mince, onion powder, garlic powder, pickles, onion, salt, and pepper. Mix until combined.
- Slightly trim the edges of the tortillas to create squares. Place a thin layer of the mince onto each tortilla and stack them on top of one another, placing a slice of cheese on every second layer.
- Cut the stack in half and stick 2 skewers in each piece. Turn them on their side and push the skewers all the way through. Trim skewers if needed.
- Air fry at 185°C for 22 minutes, flipping halfway.
- In a small bowl, combine all ingredients for the Big Mac Sauce.
- Once the kebabs are cooked, serve them with shredded lettuce, sesame seeds, and the Big Mac sauce.
- Enjoy!
