Step 1
Preheat oven to 170 degrees. Stir the sugar, honey, mustard, cinnamon and cloves in a bowl until the sugar dissolves.
Step 2
Put the ham on a foil tray you can throw away, because this is seriously sticky and no-one wants to scrub dishes on Christmas Day!
Step 3
Remove the rind from the ham, but leave the fat on.
Step 4
Score the fat in lines or a diamond pattern. Brush 1/3 of the glaze over the ham.
Step 5
Bake and brush with glaze every 30 mins for 1.5 hrs. Alternatively, you can use a blowtorch to caramelise your ham.
