Ingredients:
- 500g Our Cow Free Range Pork Mince
- 3 shallots, sliced
- 1 tbsp minced ginger
- 1 tbsp grated garlic
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 30 wonton wrappers
- Olive oil
- ⅓ cup water
Dipping Sauce
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1tsp rice vinegar
- 1tsp chilli crisp
- 1tsp minced garlic
- 1tsp sugar
- 1tsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp sesame seeds
To serve
- Chilli crisp
- Shallots
- Sesame seeds
Method:
- In a large bowl, mix the Our Cow Free Range Pork Mince, shallots, ginger, garlic, soy sauce, rice vinegar, and sesame oil.
- Add a drizzle of olive oil to a pan over medium heat. Scoop about 1tbsp amount of the mince, roll into balls, and place in the fry pan. Ensure you leave enough room between each one.
- Place a wonton wrapper over each ball of mince and gently press around the filling to secure it.
- Let them cook for 30 seconds, then drizzle with olive oil. Add ⅓ cup of water, cover with a lid, and steam for 12 minutes, or until the filling is cooked through and the wonton wrappers have softened. You can add a little more water if it all absorbs when cooking.
- In a small bowl, mix the ingredients for the dipping sauce. Sprinkle the dumplings with extra shallots, chilli crisp, and sesame seeds.
- Serve with dipping sauce and enjoy!
