Ingredients

Crispy Pork Belly:

Bao Buns:

  • 8 bao buns
  • 2 carrots, julienned
  • 1 large cucumber, julienned
  • Coriander 
  • Chilli, sliced 
  • ½ cup Kewpie mayonnaise 
  • 3 tbsp sweet chilli sauce


Cooking instructions: 

  1. Score the Our Cow Free Range Pork Belly on both sides. To the meat side, add olive oil and season with Chinese 5-spice, salt, and pepper. Use your hands to ensure it is evenly seasoned. 
  2. Flip over and pat dry with a paper towel. Drizzle with olive oil and season generously with salt. Use your hands to ensure it is all evenly coated. 
  3. Air fry at 180°C for 35 minutes. Increase the temperature to 200°C and cook for another 10 minutes. 
  4. While the pork belly is cooking, steam the bao buns and prepare the vegetables. 
  5. In a small bowl, mix the Kewpie mayonnaise with sweet chilli to make the sauce. 
  6. Slice the crispy pork belly, then add it to the bao buns along with the sauce and veggies.
  7. Enjoy!
