Crispy Pork Belly Bao Buns

Ingredients
Crispy Pork Belly:
- 750g Our Cow Free Range Pork Belly
- Olive oil
- ½ tbsp Chinese 5-spice
- Salt and pepper
Bao Buns:
- 8 bao buns
- 2 carrots, julienned
- 1 large cucumber, julienned
- Coriander
- Chilli, sliced
- ½ cup Kewpie mayonnaise
- 3 tbsp sweet chilli sauce
Cooking instructions:
- Score the Our Cow Free Range Pork Belly on both sides. To the meat side, add olive oil and season with Chinese 5-spice, salt, and pepper. Use your hands to ensure it is evenly seasoned.
- Flip over and pat dry with a paper towel. Drizzle with olive oil and season generously with salt. Use your hands to ensure it is all evenly coated.
- Air fry at 180°C for 35 minutes. Increase the temperature to 200°C and cook for another 10 minutes.
- While the pork belly is cooking, steam the bao buns and prepare the vegetables.
- In a small bowl, mix the Kewpie mayonnaise with sweet chilli to make the sauce.
- Slice the crispy pork belly, then add it to the bao buns along with the sauce and veggies.
