Beef & Bacon Burgers with Fresh Crunch Slaw

Ingredients
- 4 Our Cow Grass Fed Beef & Bacon Burger Patties
- Brioche or milk buns
- Cheese slices (optional)
Crunch Slaw
- 2 cups finely shredded cabbage
- 1 carrot, grated
- Handful of parsley, chopped
- Juice of ½ lemon
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt to taste
To Serve
- Pickles
- Lettuce
- Tomato
- Whole-egg mayonnaise or burger sauce
Method
- Prepare the slaw: Toss cabbage, carrot and parsley with lemon juice, olive oil and salt. Keep light and crisp.
- Heat the BBQ or pan: Cook on medium-high heat. No oil needed, the bacon does the work.
- Cook the burgers: Grill burgers for 3-4 minutes per side, flipping once. Add cheese in the final minute if using.
- Toast the buns: Lightly toast buns cut-side down in the pan or on the BBQ.
- Assemble: Layer burger, slaw and condiments. Serve immediately.
Tip: These patties don’t need much, let the meat do the talking.
