Combine mince, red onion, garlic, mint, cumin, oregano, paprika, cinnamon, salt and pepper in a bowl. Divide mixture amongst skewers, using your hands to create a kebab shape on each skewer.
Heat a frying/grill pan and coat with oil. Place skewers and cook, rotating until all sides are browned.
Meanwhile, combine slaw ingredients and set aside.
Serve skewers topped with tzatziki alongside salad, pita bread and lime wedges.
