Beef Sausage and Egg McMuffins

Ingredients:
- 500g Our Cow Beef Sausages
- 6 English Muffins
- 6 eggs
- 6 slices of cheese
- 6 hash browns
Method:
- Place the hash browns in the air fryer and cook for 10 minutes at 200°C, flipping halfway through.
- Remove casing from the Our Cow Beef Sausages and add the meat to a bowl. Use your hands to form 6 patties.
- Heat a frying pan over medium-high heat and cook the sausage patties for 3 minutes per side, or until golden and cooked through. Once they are almost finished cooking, add a slice of cheese to each patty and cover the frying pan with a lid to melt the cheese.
- Meanwhile, heat another pan over medium-high heat with 1 tbsp oil. Spray egg rings with oil and place in the fry pan. (Note: if you don't have egg rings, you can use the lid of a mason jar!)
- Crack the egg into the egg rings or the mason jar lid. Add ¼ cup of water to the fry pan and cover with a lid. Cook eggs for 1-2 minutes or until cooked to your liking.
- Toast English muffins. Assemble each one with an egg, a hash brown, and a cheesy sausage patty.
- Enjoy!
