Ingredients:
- 500g beef mince
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 cans diced tomatoes (400g each)
- 2 tbsp tomato paste
- 1 cup beef stock
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp dried basil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Lasagna sheets
- 2 cups béchamel sauce
- 2 cups grated cheese
Method:
1. Preheat oven to 180°C.
2. Cook onion and garlic in a large pan until softened.
3. Add beef mince and cook until browned.
4. Stir in tomatoes, tomato paste, beef stock, oregano, and basil. Simmer for 20 minutes, then season with salt and pepper.
5. In a baking dish, layer lasagna sheets, beef sauce, béchamel sauce, and cheese. Repeat layers, ending with cheese.
6. Bake for 30-35 minutes until golden and bubbly.
