Ingredients:
- 500g beef mince
- 1 onion, grated
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 1 tsp ground coriander
- 1 tsp paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Wooden skewers (soaked in water)
Method:
1. In a bowl, mix beef mince, onion, garlic, cumin, coriander, paprika, salt, and pepper.
2. Shape mixture around skewers.
3. Grill or broil kebabs for 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until cooked through.
