INGREDIENTS
Olive Oil, drizzled
2 x Paleo Beef Burgers Patties
1 Onion, sliced
2 x Burger Buns
2 x Tasty Cheese, slices
Butter Lettuce, torn
1 Tomato, sliced
Avo Cream
1 Avocado, mashed
2 tbsp Chives, finely diced
1 tbsp Mayonnaise
½ Lemon, juiced
Pinch Salt & Pepper
METHOD
1. Heat oil in a frying pan on a medium heat. Add burgers and cook until browned, flip and place cheese on top to melt. Add onions to the same pan and cook until caramelised.
2. Meanwhile, in a bowl combine avocado, chives, mayonnaise, lemon, salt and pepper.
3. Assemble burger with lettuce, avo cream, tomato, burger, cheese and caramelised onion.
