INGREDIENTS
Mexican Beef
- Olive Oil, for cooking 250g
- Our Cow Grass-Fed Beef Mince
- 1 tsp Onion Powder
- 1 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1 tsp Cumin
- 1⁄2 tsp Paprika
- 1⁄4 tsp Chilli Powder
- Pinch Salt & Pepper
Nachos
- 150g Tortilla Chips
- 1 cup Tasty Cheese, grated
- 1⁄2 cup Salsa
To Serve
- Lime, cut into wedges
METHOD
- Heat a frying pan and add oil.
- Add mince and cooking until browned.
- Add onion powder, garlic powder, cumin, paprika, chilli, salt and pepper.
- Cook until beef is cooked through and spices have coated beef.
- Line your air fryer tray.
- Layer with tortilla chips, tasty cheese, salsa and beef mince.
- Cook in air fryer at 180 degrees for 8-10 minutes or until cheese has melted and chips are crisp.
- Serve with lime and sour cream.
