Ham and Cheese Croissant Bake

Ingredients:

  • 200g Our Cow Nitrite Free Sliced Leg Ham , diced 
  • 3 eggs 
  • 1/2 cup cooking cream
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1 tsp onion powder 
  • 1 tbsp minced garlic 
  • 8 small croissants 
  • ¾ cup shredded cheese 
  • 30g butter, melted
  • 1 ½ tbsp honey 
  • 1tbsp dried herbs 

Cooking Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C and line a baking dish.
  2. Combine eggs, cream, and seasonings in a large bowl. Chop the croissants and add them to the bowl along with the Our Cow Nitrite Free Sliced Leg Ham and cheese.
  3. Mix until all is combined. Add to a greased dish and bake at 180 °C for 18 minutes, or until golden. 
  4. Melt the butter, then combine it with honey and dried herbs. Once the croissants are cooked, brush them with the butter mixture. 
  5. Slice up into 6 and enjoy!
