Ham and Cheese Croissant Bake

Ingredients:
- 200g Our Cow Nitrite Free Sliced Leg Ham , diced
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 cup cooking cream
- Salt and pepper
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 8 small croissants
- ¾ cup shredded cheese
- 30g butter, melted
- 1 ½ tbsp honey
- 1tbsp dried herbs
Cooking Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 180°C and line a baking dish.
- Combine eggs, cream, and seasonings in a large bowl. Chop the croissants and add them to the bowl along with the Our Cow Nitrite Free Sliced Leg Ham and cheese.
- Mix until all is combined. Add to a greased dish and bake at 180 °C for 18 minutes, or until golden.
- Melt the butter, then combine it with honey and dried herbs. Once the croissants are cooked, brush them with the butter mixture.
- Slice up into 6 and enjoy!
