Crispy Chicken Bites

Ingredients:
- 500g Our Cow Free Range Diced Chicken Breast
- 2 eggs
- ½ tbsp garlic powder
- ½ tbsp onion powder
- Salt and pepper
- 1 cup plain flour
- 2 cups panko bread crumbs
Sauce:
- 4 tbsp Kewpie mayo
- 2 tbsp sweet chilli sauce
Method:
- In a bowl, combine flour and seasonings. In another bowl, add the breadcrumbs, and in a third bowl, add the eggs and whisk.
- Coat the Our Cow Free Range Diced Chicken Breast in flour, then egg, and finally finish off coating with breadcrumbs. Air fry at 180°C for 14 minutes, flipping halfway.
- In a small bowl, mix kewpie mayo and sweet chilli sauce.
- Serve chicken with dipping sauce and enjoy!
Note: You can also use an oven; they may just need a bit longer to cook (approx. 5-10 mins)
