Ingredients:
- 500g beef mince
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 cans crushed tomatoes (400g each)
- 2 tbsp tomato paste
- 1 cup beef stock
- 1 carrot, grated
- 1 celery stick, finely chopped
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp dried basil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 400g spaghetti
- Grated Parmesan cheese (for serving)
Method:
1. Cook onion and garlic in a large pan until softened.
2. Add beef mince and cook until browned.
3. Stir in tomatoes, tomato paste, beef stock, carrot, celery, oregano, and basil. Simmer for 30 minutes.
4. Cook spaghetti according to package instructions.
5. Season Bolognese sauce with salt and pepper.
6. Serve sauce over spaghetti, topped with Parmesan cheese.
