Ingredients:
- 500g beef mince
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 1 carrot, grated
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Olive oil (for frying)
Method:
1. In a bowl, mix beef mince, onion, carrot, egg, breadcrumbs, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper.
2. Shape into patties.
3. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat and cook rissoles for 4-5 minutes on each side until cooked through.
