Bacon and Cheese Pull Apart Crumpets

Ingredients:
- 180g Our Cow Nitrite Free Shortcut Bacon
- 4 crumpets
- 75g garlic butter
- 100g grated cheese
Cooking instructions:
- Preheat oven to 180°C and line a loaf tin.
- Dice the Our Cow Nitrite Free Shortcut Bacon. Heat a frying pan over medium heat with a drizzle of olive oil and cook the bacon until golden and crispy.
- Slice each crumpet in half and spread garlic butter on each side.
- Sprinkle grated cheese and bacon between each crumpet half, then stand the crumpets upright in the loaf tin, layering them closely together.
- Sprinkle more cheese and bacon on top, then bake for 30 minutes or until golden.
