Asian Pork Belly

INGREDIENTS
- 1 x Our Cow Free Range Pork Belly
- 1⁄4 cup Soy Sauce
- 1⁄4 cup Honey
- 3 tbsp Sesame Oil
- 2 tsp Apple Cider Vinegar
- 2 Garlic Cloves, minced
- 1⁄2 tsp Cayenne Pepper
- Pinch Salt
METHOD
- Preheat oven to 200 degrees.
- In a bowl combine soy sauce, honey, sesame oil, apple cider vinegar, garlic, cayenne pepper and salt.
- Create a grid pattern by scoring the pork belly in both horizontal and vertical lines.
- Place pork belly in a baking dish (fate side up) and coat with the marinade.
- Place in the fridge to marinate for up to 12 hours (if time allows!).
- Roast pork belly for 30 minutes.
- Reduce the temperature to 140 degrees, cover with foil and bake for a further 25-30 minutes.
- Rest for 5-10 minutes before slicing and serving.
