Preparation Instructions: Season the beef with salt, pepper, and herbs. Sear in a hot skillet, then transfer to a slow cooker with veggies and broth. Cook on low for 8-10 hours. For the oven, preheat to 325°F (163°C), place everything in an oven, cover, and cook for 3-4 hours.
