Smashed Lamb Kebab with Chips

Ingredients:
- 500g Our Cow Grass Fed Lamb Mince
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tp cumin
- 1 tsp oregano
- ½ tsp paprika
- Salt and pepper
- Olive Oil
- 4 wraps or pita
- 1 tomato, thinly sliced
- 1 cucumber, thinly sliced
- ½ a red onion, thinly sliced
- Mint, finely chopped
- Parsley, finely chopped
- 4 heaped tbsp tzatziki
- 400g straight-cut potato chips
Cooking instructions:
- Air fry the chips at 200°C for 15 minutes, shaking halfway through, until golden and cooked through.
- In a bowl, combine Our Cow Grass Fed Lamb Mince with garlic powder, onion powder, cumin, oregano, paprika, salt, and pepper. Use your hands to mix well.
- Divide the lamb into 4 portions. Press each portion into a thin, even layer onto one side of each pita.
- Heat a drizzle of olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Place the wrap lamb-side down, and press firmly. Cook for 3-4 minutes until browned and cooked through.
- Flip and cook for 1-2 minutes to crisp the wrap. Repeat with the remaining pitas.
- Top with tzatziki, tomato, cucumber, red onion, mint, and parsley. Add chips, fold, and serve.
