Ingredients

  • 1kg Our Cow Chicken Thighs or Tenderloins, chopped
  • 1tbs Vegetable oil
  • 1 Large onion, diced
  • 2 Cloves garlic, chopped
  • 1/2 Cup crunchy or smooth peanut butter
  • 1 Can coconut milk
  • 2tbs Sweet chilli sauce
  • 1tbs Soy Sauce
  • 1/2 Cup Steamed rice, to serve

Method

Step 1
Heat the oil in a fry pan, add onion and garlic, cook until brown.

Step 2
Add chicken and continue to cook until brown.

Step 3
Add peanut butter and remaining ingredients, cook until desired thickness is reached.

Step 4
Serve with rice and enjoy!
