Hot Honey Chicken Meatballs

Ingredients:
- 500g Our Cow Free Range Chicken Mince
- ⅓ cup parmesan cheese, grated
- ½ cup panko bread crumbs
- 1 egg
- 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tsp dried parsley
- 1 tsp dried chives
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 tsp onion powder
- Salt and pepper
- Spring onion, finely chopped (to garnish)
Hot honey sauce:
- 80g butter, melted
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1-2 tbsp Tabasco
Cooking instructions:
- In a large bowl, combine the Our Cow Free Range Chicken Mince, parmesan cheese, panko bread crumbs, egg, minced garlic, dried parsley, dried chives, smoked paprika, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Use your hands to mix until combined.
- Roll the mixture into 12 meatballs.
- Heat a large frying pan over medium heat and add a drizzle of olive oil. Add the meatballs and cook for 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until golden and cooked through.
- While the meatballs are cooking, whisk together the melted butter, honey, and Tabasco in a small bowl.
- Once the meatballs are cooked, pour the hot honey sauce over the meatballs and toss to coat.
- Garnish with finely chopped spring onion and serve.
