Homemade McDonald's Cheeseburger

Ingredients:
- 2 x Our Cow Grass Fed Paleo Patties
- Olive oil
- 2 x brioche burger buns
- 2 slices of cheese
- 2 tbsp tomato sauce
- 1 tbsp mustard
- 2 tbsp brown onion, diced
- Pickles slices
Cooking instructions:
- Heat a drizzle of olive oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat. Cook the Our Cow Grass Fed Paleo Patties for 5 minutes on each side, or until cooked through.
- Once the patties are almost cooked, place a slice of cheese onto each patty and allow it to melt for 1 minute.
- Spread the tomato sauce and mustard evenly over both sides of each burger bun.
- Assemble the burgers by placing the cheesy patty onto the bottom bun. Top with the diced onion and pickle slices, then finish with the top bun.
