Ingredients:

Homemade Caesar Salad Dressing:

  • ½ cup mayo
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice 
  • 1 tsp dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp minced garlic 
  • Salt and pepper
  • ¼ cup parmesan cheese

Cooking instructions:

  1. Air-fry your Our Cow Free Range Classic Crumbed Chicken Breast Schnitzels at 200°C for 18 minutes, flipping halfway. 
  2. Chop the bread into bite-sized pieces, then place it in the air fryer with a drizzle of olive oil and a sprinkle of salt. Air-fry at 180°C for 10 minutes, mixing halfway through. 
  3. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients for the dressing. Add the chopped lettuce, parmesan, and croutons. Chop cooked schnitzels into bite-sized pieces, add to the bowl, and mix until combined. 
  4. Warm your wraps in the microwave for 10 seconds. Add the Caesar filling and roll to enclose. 
  5. Slice in half and enjoy!
