Ingredients:
- 4 x Our Cow Free Range Classic Crumbed Chicken Breast Schnitzels
- 4 large wraps
- 1 head of cos lettuce, chopped
- ⅓ cup Parmesan cheese
- 2 slices of bread
- Olive oil
- Salt
Homemade Caesar Salad Dressing:
- ½ cup mayo
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp minced garlic
- Salt and pepper
- ¼ cup parmesan cheese
Cooking instructions:
- Air-fry your Our Cow Free Range Classic Crumbed Chicken Breast Schnitzels at 200°C for 18 minutes, flipping halfway.
- Chop the bread into bite-sized pieces, then place it in the air fryer with a drizzle of olive oil and a sprinkle of salt. Air-fry at 180°C for 10 minutes, mixing halfway through.
- In a large bowl, combine all ingredients for the dressing. Add the chopped lettuce, parmesan, and croutons. Chop cooked schnitzels into bite-sized pieces, add to the bowl, and mix until combined.
- Warm your wraps in the microwave for 10 seconds. Add the Caesar filling and roll to enclose.
- Slice in half and enjoy!
