Cheese and Bacon Rolls

Ingredients:
- 6 slices Our Cow Nitrite Free Shortcut Bacon
- 250g self raising flour (+ extra for kneading)
- 270g Greek yoghurt
- Salt and pepper
- 1 cup shredded cheese
Method:
- Heat a fry pan to medium-high. Cook the Our Cow Nitrite-Free Bacon for 2-3 minutes per side, or until golden. Set aside.
- Add flour and Greek yoghurt to a bowl and mix until it starts to come together. Flour your surface and knead until smooth. If it’s too sticky, add more flour.
- Divide the dough into 6 and roll into balls.
- Add to a baking tray, flatten slightly, and top with cooked Our Cow Nitrite Free Bacon and cheese.
- Bake at 180°C for 20-25 minutes, or until golden.
