A very popular alternative to pork bacon our Turkey variety is one of the best. This is not a formed product like many others it is made from the thigh fillet and made in the traditional way. It has a small layer of fat for flavour but otherwise is a very lean product with very low levels of saturated fat and calories, and nitrite free!
